Eliza Mickens is the Director of Operations for Outcomes for Pets Consulting, LLC. She began her work in animal welfare in 2019 managing foster placements, arranging transports, and absorbing every medical, behavior, and shelter operations process available.
Prior to her work with Outcomes, her focus was new program implementation in government and non-profit animal shelters and developing research-driven educational toolkits that prioritized tangible solutions to the complex problems facing animal shelters today.
Eliza has over a decade of experience in complex project management, personnel training, protocol development, process improvement, and strategic planning, and her work is guided by compassion for all animals and the people who care for them.
